Last updated: August 2026The short version: Invariably is a subscription app with a 7-day free trial. We don't sell your data. You own your reflections and nominations. We handle subscriptions through Apple and do not process payments ourselves.
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Invariably mobile application and related services ("Invariably," "we," or "us"), provided by LiPurposeFe LLC. By downloading, installing, or using Invariably, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using Invariably on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Invariably may offer auto-renewing subscriptions. All payments, billing, and renewal terms are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We do not collect or store your payment information.
Subscription prices and durations are displayed in the app before purchase and are subject to change. Any price change will be communicated to you in advance through Apple's standard subscription change flow.
When available, new subscribers may start with a free trial. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
You may only use one free trial per subscription group. Apple determines eligibility for free-trial offers.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings:
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not issue refunds directly; refund requests must be submitted to Apple.
You agree to use Invariably only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm, disable, overburden, or impair the service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its underlying systems.
You retain ownership of any reflections, nominations, notes, or other content you create in Invariably. By contributing to the shared map, you grant us a limited license to display anonymized counts and locations to other users, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.
Your privacy is important to us. Please read our full Privacy Policy to understand what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Invariably, including its design, code, trademarks, and content, is owned by LiPurposeFe LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
Invariably is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Invariably is a tool for reflection and discovery, not advice, therapy, or a substitute for professional guidance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LiPurposeFe LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Invariably.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Invariably after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
