What is Worthwhile for?
Most of us don't know what we find worthwhile, so free time drifts back to work and scrolling. Worthwhile helps you use the time you get back on something you chose, then notice what actually landed.
What are the seven lenses?
Seven kinds of worthwhile time: Pleasure, Connection, Curiosity, Craft, Contribution, Restoration and Purpose. None is better than another. They're just different, and most people lean toward a few.
Do I need an account?
No. Worthwhile never asks for your name or email. Open it and start.
What does "we" or "us" mean on the daily question?
Until enough people have answered a question, we compare your answer with Worthwhile's own take. Once a real crowd has answered, you see how most people answered instead.
How do I move my data to a new phone?
Your moments and bloom live only on your phone, so they don't sync. You can see everything with Bloom → Data & sync → Export my data.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Bloom → Data & sync → Delete local data, or delete the app. To remove your anonymous Commons ratings too, email us with the worthwhile-owner-token line from Export my data.
I suggested a prompt. Why can't anyone see it?
New prompts are reviewed before they appear in the Commons. That keeps it kind and on topic.
How do I report something in the Commons?
Tap the flag on any prompt. We review every report.
The "time's up" reminder didn't come.
Check Settings → Worthwhile → Notifications and make sure they're allowed. Reminders are set on your phone, so Focus modes can hold them too.
